Going into the writing, I believed very greatly that brute force was the best approach at combatting wildlife poaching. I thought that directly fighting against poachers would act as enough of a detterent to decrease the amount of animals killed. However, as I researched I came to notice that this wasn't the case. Of course, brute force was effective sometimes, however, it was more effective to have several detterent factors acting alongside brute force. I value nature a lot, and seeing how these criminals destroy and kill all of these different species angers me a lot. This is probably the reason why I believed brute force was the most effective. Since its the most direct way of facing the issue, literally head on.
